We all suffer from some sort of anxiety which leads into panic. I know when I have anxiety it causes a snowball affect and I continue on a downward spiral. This can take a huge toll on our bodies including our organs, mental thought process, depression, physical energy, foggy brain.
After researching and studying the causes and affects to my body, I found a perfect blend of Ashwagandha, Lavender, Chamomile, and Lemon Balm.
Ashwagandha root, Lavender, Chamomile, and Lemon Balm has been traditionally used because of their calming properties by many cultures around the world. This tea is considered potent supporting relaxation
and restlessness. Enjoy the calming aroma of Lavender! This tea actually helps me to achieve rem sleep. I feel refreshed and focused the next morning and feel like I can accomplish anything. I call it Tranquil Sedative Tea.
Of course, herbs like medication affect everyone differently. But always remember, this is a lifestyle so you need to incorporate a clean diet as well to fully achieve wellness.
I try all teas myself so I can tell you the effects it had on me. I have tried a lot of different teas for convivence, but there is nothing like getting back to our roots. My grandmother was the "medicine lady" of her family as her mother. She always had a natural remedy for any ailment with no addictive properties. Everyone would laugh at her remedies, but when she passed away at 87 years old, the only medication she was on was a 1st level blood pressure medication.
Consult with a healthcare provider before using this tea if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications for thyroid issues, blood pressure, or anxiety. Or have chronic health conditions. Always be aware of potential allergies, especially to chamomile and lavender. This tea may cause drowsiness. It is recommended to not drive or operate heavy machinery after drinking.
All Teas are blended and will be shipped dry
