5 Steps to Holistic Healing

Updated: Feb 24

With all the diet fads and medications available to us today, we have too many options. I know in my experience; it has caused me more stress with temporary relief with other side effects. I've tried a lot of options and fads with disappointing results. After years of research and speaking to holistic practitioners, I found it is as simple as getting back to our roots. "Keep It Simple Silly" (KISS)! Our ancestors have already used herbs, and we have everything we need from our planet. Wellness is not a fad; it has become a MOVEMENT.

With that being said, we have another problem to tackle; Most of Americans are on some sort of prescription medication. DO NOT STOP TAKING YOUR MEDICATIONS PRESCRIBED BY A PHYSICIAN BY YOURSELF!!!! You need to talk with your doctors and have them set a plan to come off of prescriptions and see if you are able to take herbal supplements.

With this wellness movement, we can work together to combat the ailments and achieve the health that we deserve with a strong wellness community.

Infused Ocean Wellness strives to build that strong wellness community, through education, holistic practitioners, research studies and a place to get support.

  1. Assess Your Current Health: Take time to evaluate your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Identify areas that need attention.

  2. Set Clear Intentions: Define what holistic healing means to you and set specific goals for your healing journey.

  3. Adopt a Balanced Diet: Focus on whole, organic foods that nourish your body. Incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.

  4. Practice Mindfulness: Engage in mindfulness techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep-breathing exercises to enhance mental clarity and reduce stress.

  5. Engage in Regular Physical Activity: Incorporate exercise into your routine, choosing activities that you enjoy to maintain motivation and improve physical well-being.
